1. Shipping Costs & Destinations
We provide dedicated shipping services from our international warehouse to all states and territories in Australia.

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
We work hard to get your lamps to you as quickly as possible.

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Note: Orders placed on Australian or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery & Transit Times
Since we ship internationally to provide you with a curated collection, please note the following estimated delivery windows for Australia:

Please note: While we aim for these timelines, delivery may occasionally be affected by customs clearance or remote area logistics (e.g., WA, NT, or regional QLD).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can monitor your parcel's journey from our warehouse to your Australian address online.
5. Customs, Duties & GST

Orders under $1,000 AUD: Most orders under the $1,000 threshold arrive without additional customs duties.

Orders over $1,000 AUD: If your order exceeds $1,000 AUD, it may be subject to import duties or processing fees levied by Australian Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for certain larger lighting items; please provide a physical street address where possible.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
